Since the early 90’s we’ve been coming out to Summit/Park County to work and play. My wife and I are engineers for a major OEM and we develop diesel engines. We utilize the altitude and grades in Summit County to push our engines to the limits (summer/winter 2-3 weeks per trip). Then time off during those trips (and vacation!) allows for hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, skiing, visiting national parks, dog sledding, white water rafting, and many more activities. Tom listened to what our goals were with our family and location was critical. Tom discussed with us the pro’s and con’s of different sub divisions (that I did not realize existed) and it’s clear that Warm Springs Ranch was the right location for our family. Tom’s correspondence was immediate to every concern we had along the process going all the way from setting up the visits to the property (when we were on vacation), thru the contract approval, all the way to the walk thru. All remote except the initial tour! The inspector (Sky Seals) Tom recommended was AWESOME to work with as was Tom’s recommendation of Sam Daily at Movement Mortgage. My wife and I really didn’t think a 2nd home was possible while still working….NOPE! Tom made this a reality!
